What is included with the tiny house at $75,000?

A fully built tiny house with full furniture and electric appliances, finished and ready to live in or host.

Are the tiny houses certified?

Yes. Our tiny houses are RVIA and NOAH certified, which helps with financing, insurance and where you are able to place them.

Does it come on a trailer or a foundation?

Either way, based on your preference. We build it on a trailer chassis or set it up for a foundation.

Where do you deliver?

All 50 states, by transport carrier, quoted by distance to your site. We confirm the delivery cost with you before you commit.

Can I rent it out?

Yes. It makes an excellent short-term rental: finished, furnished and ready to host from day one, so it can start earning quickly.

Can I finance it?

Yes. We connect you with financing, including soft-pull monthly plans through Hearth, plus business and SBA lending for larger projects.

How long until it is built and delivered?

Typically 9 to 12 weeks, built and finished, then shipped by the carrier that best fits your project for speed, insurance and cost.

Can I customize the layout?

Yes. Tell us how you want to use it and we will tailor the layout and finishes. It is also offered as a duplex for hosting two stays or a live-and-rent setup.
