Hill-Country Riviera
The Texas Limestone Retreat will bring Harmony’s turnkey model to the Hill Country —
a private 15-acre site on a spring-fed lake. With turquoise water, grassy shoreline, and
limestone hills, the setting combines natural beauty with accessibility from Texas’s
largest cities. The retreat will be designed as a seamless guest-ready resort, shaped by
place and delivered end to end.
Accommodations & Experience
The resort is planned around premium geodomes, each positioned for privacy and
views across the lake. Interiors will be styled for light and comfort, with:
- Queen bed plus lounge seating
- Spa-style bathrooms with modern finishes
- Full climate control for all seasons
- Windows and decks to frame the lake and forest surroundings
Amenities & Atmosphere
Shared experiences are central to the concept:
- A two-tier infinity pool overlooking the limestone shoreline
- A waterfront club for dining, social events, and relaxation
- Pathways that connect domes, pool, and waterfront while keeping the land
intact - Activities designed around a “perfect day” rhythm — swim in the morning,
explore Hill Country trails in the afternoon, gather by the pool or club in the
evening, and return to a private dome at night
Location Advantage
The Hill Country offers both escape and access. Guests can drive in from Dallas,
Houston, or Austin, yet once on site, the spring-fed lake and limestone bluffs feel
worlds away. Options span hiking, fishing, and boating to simply taking in open Texas
skies. The mix of water, hills, and proximity makes the site uniquely suited for year
round hospitality.
Sustainability & Seasonality
Domes and infrastructure will be pre-fabricated and installed with minimal disruption.
Insulation and energy systems are planned for year-round use, reducing operational
waste and seasonal inefficiencies. The goal is a resort that operates smoothly in all
seasons while respecting the land it inhabits.

A Note from the Architect
“Texas Hill Country has its own character — limestone cliffs, bright skies, and turquoise
water. Our goal with this retreat is to let the land lead, and to give guests comfort
without losing the sense of place.”
