TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing our product, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We strongly recommend reviewing these terms carefully before making your purchase, as once an item is bought, you are fully bound by them.

subscription policy

By subscribing to our mailing list, you agree to receive promotional emails, updates, and news from Harmony Domes. We respect your privacy and will never share your information with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails. Your subscription is completely voluntary, and we are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES policy

At Harmony Domes, all products are thoroughly checked for quality before shipping. If any mechanical components are found to be faulty, we will replace the items at no additional cost. However, since all domes and dome components are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, unmet expectations, or delays caused by customers or shipping.

In cases where a return is considered, a 30% restocking fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns and exchanges will only be authorized with prior approval from management.

Once payment is made, the order is final. Please ensure that you have thoroughly researched and confirmed your order before completing the purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products and the careful construction involved, production and shipping may take longer than expected. Please understand that delays may occur as each item is thoughtfully made, not mass-produced.

return policy

As each unit is custom ordered, we do not accept returns for any reason. All sales are final. We ask that you carefully inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, it must be reported to Harmony Domes within 24 hours of delivery.

Harmony Domes must be notified of any damaged components before installation begins. Any installation attempted without notifying Harmony Domes is done at your own risk and will void all warranties, claims, and entitlements. Attempting installation on damaged items may cause further damage and will result in the denial of any DOA claims or returns.

Please do not send your purchase back to Harmony Domes without reaching out first to discuss your options.

warranty

This warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other expressed or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Harmony Domes, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, or agents be held liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or contingent damages arising from claims made by any purchaser or user of the products.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Harmony Domes, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, claims, or lawsuits, including associated costs and expenses, for death, injury, or property damage caused in any manner by the purchaser’s possession, use, or operation of the products.

Harmony Domes will repair, replace, or provide replacement parts for any defective dome tent units at its own expense, including freight charges.

The warranty period begins on the date the item is shipped from Harmony Domes’ production facility or one of its authorized dealers.

This warranty is void if the product has been misused, damaged, or if evidence shows that the product has been altered, modified, or serviced by unauthorized personnel. Proper use guidelines are outlined in the owner’s manual provided with the Dome Tent.

We expressly deny any authority for any individual or entity to assume additional liability on our behalf in connection with the sale of any dome tent or accessory item. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper assembly, maintenance, disassembly, reassembly, repairs or alterations made outside our factory, misuse, negligence, accidents, or operation contrary to the printed instructions. Products manufactured by other companies are covered under the respective manufacturers’ warranties.

PRIVACY policy

At Harmony Domes, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the data necessary to process your orders and provide you with the best customer experience. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this policy.

PRICING Policy

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD), and applicable sales tax will be added at checkout. For international customers, non-applicable taxes will be automatically deducted during the checkout process. Harmony Domes reserves the right to change pricing at any time, without prior notice.

SHIPPING Policy

All orders are shipped via Ocean Freight service for both domestic and international deliveries.

Once your items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise directly with the shipping agent. Harmony Domes does not offer refunds or replacements for products damaged or lost in transit.

We highly recommend purchasing shipment insurance to protect your order during transit.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as once an order has been received and dispatched, we cannot alter the address. If a correction is needed, you will be charged the applicable postage rate to resend the item.

Deposits

In some cases, we may agree to a 70% deposit to secure your order. All order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other orders, events, or individuals.

a. If a date change for the same event is requested, we will attempt to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee it. If we are unable to accommodate the new date or if the new date is not established within 1 year of the original date, the deposit will be forfeited. If the new date is set more than 6 months past the original date, the order cost will be reviewed and recalculated based on the prevailing rates and policies at the time.

b. In the event of a cancellation, any payments made beyond the 40% deposit will be applied toward work already completed and supplies purchased. The remaining balance is fully refundable.

warranty claim procedure

Dome tents and accessories cannot be returned without prior authorization from Harmony Domes.
