TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

When you choose to purchase our product, you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought; you are agreeing to abide with these.

 

PRIVACY

 

Personal details – Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Harmony Domes.

 

SUBSCRIPTION

 

By subscribing to our e-news/registering to be notified when a product is back in stock you are authorizing us to send you communications.

 

PRICING

 

All pricing is United States Dollars (USD), and applicable sales tax will be added at checkout. If you are purchasing outside of America, items will automatically deduct non-applicable taxes at checkout. Harmony Domes reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

All products are checked for quality prior to shipping. Should any mechanical components be faulty Harmony Domes will replace the goods. Since all domes and dome components are made to order we don’t exchange or return if it is simply a change of mind, unmet expectations, production delays, customers delay or shipping delays without an approved management decision, a 30% restocking fee and customer pays return shipping fees.

 

Once payment is made the order is final, please make sure to do all research before confirming any orders. For this reason, all sales are final on payment. Please understand there may be delays in the ordering manufacturing process as these units are not mass produced and each item is carefully and thoughtfully constructed. Due to this you may experience longer than expected production times.

 

SHIPPING

 

Orders are shipped via Ocean Freight service for Domestic & International orders.

 

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser.

 

If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with shipping agent. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

 

Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched, we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

RETURNS

 

Since each unit is custom ordered we do not accept return for any reason. All sales are final. Please inspect all items. Any perceived damaged items observed on delivery must be brought to the attention of Harmony Domes prior to attempted installation. 

 

Harmony Domes must be notified about any damaged components prior to installation. Any installation attempted without notifying Harmony Domes is done at your own risk and will subsequently void all warranties, claims and entitlement as this may cause further damage to Dome Tent and its components. If installation is attempted then Harmony Domes will not accept any DOA claims, returns for any reason.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

DEPOSITS

 

In some cases, we may agree to a 70% deposit to secure your order. All order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other orders, events, or people.

a.  If a date change for the same event is requested, we will attempt but cannot guarantee accommodation. If we cannot accommodate the new date, or the new date is not established by 1 year from the old date, the deposit will be forfeited. If the new date is 6 months or more past the old date, the order cost will be reviewed and recalculated at and subject to the then prevailing rates and policies.

b.  In the event of a cancellation, any monies paid beyond the 30% deposit will be applied toward work already completed (as in flowers or figures) and supplies already purchased. The remaining balance is fully refundable.

 

WARRANTY

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GLAMPING DOME STORE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS OR AGENTS BE SUBJECT TO ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONTINGENT DAMAGES WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO CLAIMS MADE HERE UNDER OR BY ANY PURCHASER OR USER OF PRODUCTS.

The Purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless Harmony Domes, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents, from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, claims, lawsuits, including costs and expenses in connection therewith, for death or injury to any persons or loss of property whatsoever, caused in any manner by Purchaser's possession, use or operation of the Products.

 

Harmony Domes will repair, replace, or provide replacement parts for said defective dome tent units: at its expense including freight.

The warranty period begins on the date the item is shipped from Harmony Domes’ production site or one of its authorized dealers.

Warranty is void if the product has been misused or damaged and/or if evidence is present that the product was altered, modified, or serviced by unauthorized service people. Proper use is outlined in the owner’s manual provided with the Dome Tent

We expressly deny any power or authority on the part of any person to incur or assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of any dome tent or accessory item. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from: assembly, improper maintenance of dome tent; disassembly and reassembly of the dome tent; repair or alteration of dome tents outside our factory in any way so as to affect its use and operation; misuse, negligence or accident; or operation contrary to printed instructions. Products made by other manufacturers are covered under the warranties issued by those manufacturers.

 

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

Dome tents and accessories may not be returned without prior authorization from the Harmony Domes.

Warranty claims should be made by directly notifying Harmony Domes in writing to the address below, and/or by telephoning one of the numbers listed. Disclaimers: There are no other warranties expressed or implied unless stated herein.
