Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. For destinations outside the contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii) and for any international inquiry, contact us for a custom freight quote before ordering.
Shipping cost
Because our structures are large and ship by freight, shipping is quoted separately for each order based on your delivery location, the units ordered, and access at the site. Your reservation or order total shown at checkout does not include freight unless stated; we confirm the shipping cost with you as part of finalizing your order.
Production and lead time
Most units are made to order and built to your county code, with a typical build time of about 9–12 weeks before shipment. We confirm your production timeline after your reservation. Lead times can vary with configuration, season, and site requirements.
Delivery
- Structures are delivered by freight carrier, typically curbside/site delivery. The delivery point must be accessible to a freight truck.
- We (or the carrier) coordinate a delivery window with you. Someone should be available to receive and inspect the shipment.
- Offloading, site preparation, foundation, and setup are handled separately. Assembly guidance and support are included; on-site build assistance can be arranged on request.
Inspecting your delivery (important)
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the carrier leaves. Report freight damage or shortages within 5 business days to customerservice@harmonydomes.com so we can replace affected parts (see our Refund & Return Policy).
Title and risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to your specified address. Please ensure your delivery details and site access are accurate; re-delivery or storage fees resulting from an inaccessible site or missed delivery may be passed through.
