These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of harmonydomes.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products and services from Harmony Domes ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order or reservation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products, pricing, and availability

We sell geodesic dome kits, tiny houses, timber homes, interior units, and related turnkey services. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith but are subject to change and may contain errors.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is finalized. Configured prices for custom builds are estimates until confirmed by us in writing.
Shipping/freight is quoted separately (see Shipping Policy).

2. Reservations, orders, and acceptance

Placing a reservation with a deposit holds a build slot and the configured price; it is not a completed sale. We confirm final specifications, price, freight, and timeline with you before production.
We may accept or decline any order or reservation. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled portion.
Deposits are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, including the fully-refundable-before-production term.

3. Made-to-order and custom builds

Most structures are made to order and built to your county code. Custom/made-to-order units are non-returnable once production begins. It is your responsibility to confirm local zoning, permitting, and code requirements; we can provide documentation to support permitting on request.

4. Payment

Payment is processed through our payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Warranty and disclaimers

Products carry our limited warranty (5 years frame and cover; 14 months windows and defects), as described in the Refund & Return Policy and available in full on request.
Except for the express limited warranty, products and the Site are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmony Domes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Harmony Domes and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless otherwise required by law.
