What does the price include?
The complete modular core: a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a queen loft bed, with the electrical panel and connection points for water, sewer or septic, and power, ready for an HVAC unit. You choose the finishes with our team, and they are confirmed on your quote.
Which dome sizes does it fit?
Dome 6 and larger, which covers the 6, 7, 8 and 10. Tell us your dome size and we will confirm the layout and fit.
Can I choose the bathroom type?
Yes. A walk-in shower, a bathtub, or a wider accessible shower. You pick the configuration and we finalize the fixtures together.
Does it ship finished, or do I build it?
It arrives as an easy-to-assemble flat pack with clear instructions, so it travels efficiently and goes together quickly on site. Our team is on call if you have questions during assembly.
How do the utilities connect?
Everything runs to the one core: water in, sewer or septic out, and electricity through the unit's own panel. It arrives utility-ready, so on-site hookup is straightforward.
Can it run off-grid?
Yes. Off-grid setups with solar and water tanks are available on request. Tell us about your site and we will tailor the unit to it.
Can I place it anywhere in the dome?
Almost anywhere. The core can sit to one side or in the center, so you can shape the living space around it. We help you settle the layout during planning.
How do I customize the finishes, and what is standard versus custom?
The packages cover the standard finishes, and the configurator lets you choose your walls, kitchen, countertops and bathroom fixtures from the full catalog. For anything beyond that, a quick scheduled call lets us tailor it further.
How long does it take, and how is it delivered?
Typically 9 to 12 weeks, like our domes. We ship by multiple carriers and select the best mix of speed, insurance and cost for your project, and we work with you to find the right option.
Can I buy the interior unit on its own?
Yes. If you already own a dome, the unit can be ordered on its own to finish it. Send us your dome size and we will confirm the fit.
Can I finance it?
Yes. We connect you with financing, including soft-pull monthly plans through Hearth, and you can finance the dome and interior together.
